Ahmedabad’s well-known and most loved South Indian restaurant, Radhika’s Authentic South Indian Food is all about serving authenticity on the table. They started their journey by serving IIM students from a small shop and now they have flourished as a full-fledged dine-in restaurant at various important points of Ahmedabad. They brought the taste of Andhra and won our hearts with their homemade recipes.

Problem Statement
Just like other restaurants, they wanted to have a unique identity of their brand. They wanted to change their packaging and amp up their retail space through a unique design. Moreover, they were also keen on making an online as well as offline presence wherever they could.

Zero Approach
We began with the rebranding of the brand. We made an identity where we amalgamated South’s famous things that we recognize. We designed eco-friendly packaging to increase the goodwill of the brand. The brand participated in many local food festivals for which we designed their stalls, promoted on various social media platforms, and posted posters about it.

 

When it comes to digital marketing, we collaborated with a few influencers and asked them to post about Radhika’s food and services, we promoted their new outlet on C.G. Road and also a few dishes. We also talked about the food culture of Southern India and built up interactive posts and stories for the audience engagement.
