WHO WE ARE

The idea people (Us) are equipped with a clear design thinking (ideology) to employ a human centric problem solving approach (practicality with principles) to create experiences (case studies) that seamlessly integrate a brand with their vision.

An idea does not come randomly, however, the process of getting to that point begins randomly. It starts with throwing random ideas on the table, where we wear the invisible hat of creativity, then we sharpen our thoughts, and after that we baseline our ideas and ink them on the papers and later we put it into our designs. What we ideate are thoughts full of colours.

Started in the year 2014, an idea in mind, fire in the heart and creativity in our heads, we embarked on the journey with thoughts evolving and our strength increasing every year. Today, we are proud to be a full-service advertising agency. With our four pillars of Zero Gravity Communications – Strategy, Branding, Advertising and Digital, we are making whispers in this chaos. Soon we wish to make noise in the Ad world to stop the chaos for a minute to watch The Idea People have done.

When asked where we stand, our answer would always be in the middle of the road, as the morning music, at the side of news, at the doors of conversations, peeking through the pages, at a noisy place and so on…

While our diverse backgrounds bring varied individual perspectives to our work, our passion towards challenging the status quo unites us to constructively collaborate on projects.

From the outside, we might seem dysfunctional and a disaster; but it is this apparent weakness that serves as a unique strength for the team. Not only does it inspire ideas from varied perspectives but when these ideas come together, the results are unique and holistic.

An ardent / intense passion for design and hence, creativity connects the otherwise immensely diverse idea people. Diverse would be an understatement to describe us. Not only do we hail from cultures that are poles apart, but our academic qualifications also exhibit a spectrum of variety that is rare.
