Flamingo Health, a leading consumer healthcare brand under Ascent Meditech Ltd, has been with ZGC for around 1.5 years now. They recently reached out to us with a new challenge to rebrand and upscale itself in the monotonous healthcare industry.
ZGC started this task with a fresh brand positioning approach targeted to connect with a wider, evolving and new-age audience base. We dug deep into market research, to map out the right brand personality, journey and communication.
The core idea was to transform Flamingo Health’s image into an ‘Upbeat Healthcare Brand’ and to build a narrative that healthcare doesn’t need to be bland or simple.
For this, we decoded the psychology of web designing and developed a visual mood board with new themes, colours, layouts and interface to elevate the look, feel and user experience of the website.
Next, we focused on brand visual communication and tonality to connect with the TG on relevant pain points. This was achieved with mindfully planned video and concept shoots. Finally, we tapped into a stronger brand recall value among the TG by extending the same communication via social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
The efforts were met with much social media appreciation and a 1.9k% increase in sessions. By leveraging and auditing our performance marketing, we were able to increase sales by 56% and hike repeat customer rates by 125%.
