Simero’s brief entailed the need to promote its 3D visualizer feature, which allowed customers to visualize how the tiles would look in their spaces before making a purchase. As an agency, we undertook this brief by first understanding how this feature sets the brand apart from the rest of its competitors.The challenge here was to pivot the marketing strategy in a way to highlight the aforesaid differentiator in an engaging & memorable way.
The key element to conduct a successful content marketing strategy is to understand who we are writing for. Thus, we realized that placing the company’s tiles within the wider context of home improvement and refurbishment was more closely aligned with a customer’s needs & hence capable of reaching a wider audience.
The creative minds at ZGC ensured to tap into the visual element of what Simero was offering and align it to the needs of an average Indian customer. This led to the launch of – “See it With Simero” campaign.
We produced two TVCs that humorously depicted common dilemmas faced by homeowners when choosing tiles, such as indecision & mismatched styles. The TVCs cleverly integrated the 3D visualizer feature, demonstrating how it could solve these issues effortlessly.
We also extended the campaign on social media and saw a notable improvement in customer satisfaction, as the 3D visualizer helped customers make more informed decisions, enhancing their overall shopping experience. The quirky comedy approach resonated well with the audience, leading to higher engagement rates – 5.52 million impressions, 1.16 million post engagements, 3.63 million video plays and a large boost in sales.
